In relation to vehicles it provides lockout assistance and door opening only; it does not supply, replace or program car keys, transponder keys or vehicle remotes, and does not repair ignitions. Before any door, vehicle or safe is opened, proof is required that the person requesting it is entitled to access: identification together with a document linking that person to the property or vehicle, or the verified authorisation of its owner. No exception is made to this.
