What this site publishes about reviews
There are no reviews on this page, and that is deliberate. Here is what is published instead, and what will change when there is something real to link to.

Why this page has no testimonials
Because there is nothing verifiable to put on it yet. This business has no Google Business Profile at the moment, so there is no public, independent page where the reviews can be checked by the person reading them.
Writing five glowing paragraphs and signing them "Margaret, Los Balcones" would take ten minutes. It is also what every unreliable trade website on this coast does, and it proves exactly nothing. When there is a profile, this page will link to it and the reviews will stay there, where they cannot be edited by us.
Marking up reviews a business has written about itself is also against Google's own rules, which is why you will find no star ratings in this site's structured data.

What you are promised instead
Until there are reviews to read, the only useful thing this page can offer is a set of commitments specific enough to be broken:
- A price before the work, not after. If what is behind the door changes it, you hear that before anything is done.
- The least destructive method the lock allows. If a cylinder has to be destroyed, you are told first and you decide.
- No arrival time we cannot keep. A real estimate for your address at that hour, rather than a number invented to win the call.
- An itemised invoice. With the parts identifiable, which matters for an insurance claim.
- Identity checks every time. Including when it is inconvenient, because it is what protects your door from everyone else.
The same commitments, and what this business does not do at all, are set out on the about page. If something in them is not kept, say so directly — that is worth more to us than a review.
