There is no contact form, no newsletter, no user account, no analytics and no advertising script on this website. Simply reading these pages does not send any personal data to the controller. The fonts used are served from this same website, so loading a page does not contact any third party either.
Data only exists once you choose to make contact, by telephone, by WhatsApp or by email.
What is processed, and why

No profiling and no automated decision-making take place. No data is used for marketing and no marketing messages are sent.
Who else sees it
Your data is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's purposes. It is disclosed only to the following categories of recipient, and only to the extent needed:
- Website hosting. This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), which processes technical connection data such as IP addresses in its own server logs in order to serve and protect the site.
- Messaging. If you write on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Telephone and email providers. The operators that carry the call or the message.
- Accountancy and tax. The adviser who prepares the business's tax filings, and the Spanish tax authority where the law requires it.
International transfers
The providers above may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the additional safeguards those providers publish.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to one year, then deleted.
- WhatsApp conversations: up to one year from the last message, unless they relate to work carried out.
- Invoices and accounting records: the periods required by tax and commercial law, generally four and six years respectively.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for its processing to be restricted or objected to, and for portability where it applies. Write to [email protected] or call +34 678 583 290, stating what you are asking for. You may be asked to identify yourself so that nobody else can exercise your rights in your name.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place, including device access control and encrypted transmission of this website. No system is perfect, and no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

No hay formulario de contacto, ni boletín, ni cuentas de usuario, ni analítica, ni scripts publicitarios. La simple lectura de estas páginas no envía datos personales al responsable. Las tipografías se sirven desde este mismo sitio, por lo que cargar una página tampoco conecta con terceros.

No se elaboran perfiles ni se toman decisiones automatizadas. Los datos no se utilizan con fines comerciales y no se envían comunicaciones publicitarias.
Destinatarios
Sus datos no se venden, alquilan ni ceden para fines ajenos. Solo se comunican a las siguientes categorías de destinatarios y en la medida necesaria:
- Alojamiento web. Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.), que trata datos técnicos de conexión, como direcciones IP, en sus propios registros para servir y proteger el sitio.
- Mensajería. Si escribe por WhatsApp, el mensaje pasa por WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta), conforme a sus propias condiciones y política de privacidad.
- Proveedores de telefonía y correo. Los operadores que transportan la llamada o el mensaje.
- Asesoría y Administración tributaria. El asesor que prepara las declaraciones del negocio y la Agencia Tributaria cuando la ley lo exige.
Transferencias internacionales
Los proveedores anteriores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, en particular en Estados Unidos. En ese caso las transferencias se amparan en la decisión de adecuación de la Comisión Europea relativa al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework) o en las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo, junto con las garantías adicionales que dichos proveedores publican.
Plazos de conservación
- Consultas que no dan lugar a un trabajo: hasta un año y se suprimen.
- Conversaciones de WhatsApp: hasta un año desde el último mensaje, salvo que se refieran a un trabajo realizado.
- Facturas y documentación contable: los plazos exigidos por la normativa fiscal y mercantil, generalmente cuatro y seis años respectivamente.
Sus derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso a sus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento y la portabilidad cuando proceda. Escriba a [email protected] o llame al +34 678 583 290 indicando qué derecho ejercita. Se le podrá pedir que acredite su identidad para que nadie pueda ejercer sus derechos en su nombre.
Si considera que sus datos se han tratado indebidamente, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid.
